Who we are
History
After its establishment in 1995, the American Association for Upper Egypt (AAUE) became very quickly an important partner of, and an international donor for, the Association of Upper Egypt for Education and Development (AUEED).
Vision, Mission and Values
AAUE is a registered charity, secular and non-partisan organization. It is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1996.
Board of Directors
Since its creation, AAUE has adopted a structure based on voluntary work which allows its Board of directors to ensure that the association is soundly managed.
